The Transfer Pricing (TP) practice has a strong presence both in Madrid and Barcelona, with 50 professionals (three partners) exclusively dedicated to transfer pricing matters. Twenty additional international and M&A tax professionals work alongside the TP team to provide seamless advice to our clients.

Our goal is to be recognized by our clients as responsible advisors of reference in TP and International Tax; to that effect, we adapt our services and expertise to the needs of the changing world in this new era in International Tax. Considering the post-BEPS scenario, we take the view that Transfer Pricing and International Tax are to be considered holistically to provide our clients with value-added advice that derives from the interaction between and synergies of both areas of expertise.

Montserrat Trapé leads KPMG's TP and International Tax team in Spain, after leading the Global Transfer Pricing Services practice for the EMA region until 2017. She was a former senior tax official with responsibility roles at both the OECD and the EU.

Montserrat has been recognized by Best of the Best (ITR) as one of the 30 best professionals in the world in Transfer Pricing.
