Harsh Shah and Prerna Bathija are advising a listed ship building group on global transfer pricing documentation. The team helps the client prepare global transfer pricing documentation including master file and local file in line with Action 13 of BEPS. They also take advantage of the firm’s network that assists with the review and customisation of the local files.
See Jee Chang, a tax partner, is the head of the transfer pricing team at Deloitte. He has worked with the local tax authorities on international tax and transfer pricing issues for many years. His experience includes negotiating and concluding double tax agreements and APAs. He has also previously served as the competent authority of Singapore. The team provides services involving transfer pricing methodology and documentation, APAs, examination defence and MAP/CA and business model optimisation.

Luis Coronado helped a client in a matter concerning the design and implementation of operating transfer pricing procedures when transforming a global supply chain supply model. In this case, EY specifically provided its operational transfer pricing service that focused on IT implementation capabilities and expertise to satisfy the client’s whole needs. In addition, the team also advised the client on embarking on a full business restructure of its business and transactional model.
Geoffrey Soh is a partner and the head of the transfer pricing practice at KPMG. The team is also supported by partner Felicia Chia and 35 other fee earners. The team consists of economists, tax practitioners, lawyers, accountants and financial analysts. All professionals practice transfer pricing compliance and disputes. Chia has 13 years of experience helping multinationals in Singapore and other jurisdictions. Her practice involves planning and documentation, audit defence and transfer pricing risk analysis.
Paul Lee is the head of the transfer pricing practice at RSM. The practice includes documentation compliance, policy formulation and implementation, planning and value chain transformation, risk assessment and controversy management, audit defence and APAs.
