Stephan Spamer, hired in June 2017, heads the tax team of five practitioners and works closely with Nishana Gosai, a senior transfer pricing advisor with 15 years’ experience. The tax department advises large clients such as Investec First national bank and Vodacom, among many others.
The team in Johannesburg are advising a multinational client on a transfer pricing case by preparing a defence against a transfer pricing adjustment by the local authority.
