The Deloitte tax and transfer pricing team in Sweden has almost 240 professionals supporting high-profile clients. Elvira Allvin leads the transfer pricing team. Allvin is a transfer pricing specialist and worked as a consultant at PwC before joining the firm. She is supported by transfer pricing partner David Godin who has been with the firm for 16 years.
Over the last year the firm has been assisting a client in evaluating business restructuring from a transfer pricing and tax perspective. It has also advised clients in a variety of sectors on aspects of transfer pricing.

KPMG’s senior tax and transfer pricing team in Stockholm has expanded over the last year. Karin von Uthmann joined the team as a tax advisor. She has more than 25 years of experience in tax and a wealth of experience in transfer pricing.
The team has been advising large companies on transfer pricing issues over the last year. It has also advised a multinational Swedish group to help it become compliant with new transfer pricing regulations after the new OECD-BEPS project.
The firm hired three new senior managers over the last year. Anders Carls from BDO, Lars Christensen, formerly at PwC, and Katarina Andersson, who was at the Swedish Tax Agency before joining the firm. In 2017 Karin Von Uthmann and Lars Samuelsson joined the firm as directors. Samuelsson was previously at EY and Uthmann is an experienced tax advisor with in-depth knowledge of transfer pricing. Karolis Ramoska and Stephanie Moustou became managers at the firm in the same year. Ramoska was at SEB before starting at KPMG and Moustou was formerly at EY.
Senior manager Clemens Mader left the firm in 2017 and joined EY. Director Barbro Jansson Stridlund left the firm in the same year to become group head of tax at NCC. Senior manager Annika Löfgren Hedfalk also left the firm and joined Volvo. Director Peter Sanderson left the firm in 2018 and joined Vodafone UK.

The team supports large multinationals in disputes and audit defence, and global planning and restructuring work. Partner Pär Magnus Wiséen leads many of the transfer pricing cases at the firm.

Mikael Jacobsen and Ingrid Faxing have assisted in transfer pricing audits and advised on transfer pricing aspects on business restructuring for clients.
Earlier this year the firm hired three senior associates. Madeleine Kvarnerå who was formerly at Deloitte, Peter Markendahl who was at Grant Thornton before joining the firm, and Sofia Kjellström. In the same year the firm hired associate Amanda Östlund and in 2018 associate Janina Hägg joined the firm from Deloitte.
