+Value is a boutique company that provides specialized services with high value added in Transfer Pricing. We are a society owned by Rodrigo, Elias & Medrano (REM) and Tania Quispe, created with the purpose of offering to clients a specialized consultancy. It is important to highlight that +Value customers are top-tier corporate companies.

Tania Quispe was Transfer Pricing partner in Deloitte & Touche (DTT), where she worked for more than 10 years. She created the Transfer Pricing Area in DTT in 2001, leading it to be the one with the highest market share. She remained in DTT until July 2011, date in which she started as Superintendent of the Peruvian Tax Administration (SUNAT) for the period 2011-2015.

Within its management as head of SUNAT, the Transfer Pricing Area was trained through an agreement signed with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). She has also participated as an observer in the Working Group No. 6 "Transfer Pricing" organized by the OECD and as an exhibitor at several international events. She has also been a member of the Board of Trustees of the Inter-American Center of Tax Administrations (2012-2015) and Executive Director of Chile and Peru in the Inter-American Development Bank (2015-2016).
